基于“城市针灸”高校老校区地下空间规划研究

Research on Underground Space Planning of Old Campus of Colleges and Universities based on Urban Acupuncture

以普通高校老校区为研究对象,地下空间开发利用为切入点,针对老校区用地紧张、停车难、功能区被分离、缺乏共享空间等共性问题,结合国外相关案例分析,提出城市针灸分片式发展地下空间开发策略,重点落实在建设地下车库、地下通道连通校园建筑、构建复合型共享空间等项目上,并以南京工业大学丁家桥校区为例,从规划设计层面加以论证,研究成果可为高校老校区地下空间分片式发展规划提供思路和实践借鉴。

With ordinary university old campus as the research object,underground space development and utilization as the breakthrough point,for the old campus land tension,parking,separation,lack of shared space and other common problems,combined with foreign relevant case analysis,put forward urban acupuncture underground space development strategy,focus on the construction of underground garage,underground channel connecting campus building,building compound space,and in Dinjiaqiao campus of Nanjing Tech University,for example,to the planning and design level,research results can provide underground space development planning and practice.
