基于城市设计的工业园区风貌管控策略研究

Research on the Management and Control Strategy of Industrial Park Feature based on Urban Design

当前我国工业园区面临着形态结构缺失、风貌特征趋同或混乱、公共空间衰落等风貌建设问题。文章从工业园区风貌的特殊性和管控难点着手,以江门市新会区大泽园区为例,提出了基于城市设计理念与方法的风貌管控策略,从地块、建筑、公共空间三个核心要素层面分析总结工业园区风貌管控的技术要点和关键性原则,从而探索适配工业园区风貌建设的管控指引。

At present,Chinese industrial parks are faced with issues of features such as lack of form structure,convergence or chaos in style and features,and decline of public space.Starting from the particularity of the industrial park’s features,taking Daze Park in Xinhui District,Jiangmen City as an example,the study puts forward feature management and control strategies based on urban design concepts and guidelines,focusing on the three core elements of land,building,and public space.Level analysis summarizes the technical points and key principles of industrial park feature management and control,to explore general management and control strategies for industrial park feature.
