城市更新背景下历史文化街区保护与再生探究——以长春市新民大街为例

Research on the Protection and Regeneration of Historical and Cultural Districts under the Background of Urban Renewal:Taking Xinmin Street in Changchun City as an Example

为找到历史文化街区保护与再生的方法与措施,从而传承文化价值、振兴历史街区,在城市更新的大背景下,以再生建筑学为理论基础,以长春市新民大街为研究对象,得出了历史街区的保护与再生不仅要在物质层面进行保护,同时也要在精神层面上延续这座城市的文脉与历史,并且保持街区的真实性与完整性。

In order to find the methods and measures for the conservation and regeneration of historical and cultural districts,so as to inherit the cultural values and revitalize the historical districts,under the background of urban renewal,and with the theoretical basis of regeneration architecture,we take Xinmin Street in Changchun City as the research object,and conclude that the conservation and regeneration of historical districts should not only be carried out in the material level,but also in the spiritual level to continue the culture and history of the city,and to maintain the authenticity and integrity of the district.
