Spontaneous Construction of Old Communities from the Perspective of Daily Life:Take Baoxian Community in Guangzhou as an Example

在存量规划时代下,老旧社区微改造成为重要的城市命题,错综复杂的现实因素使改造很难找到标准化的解答方案。文章从日常生活视角出发,选取广州老旧社区——宝贤社区进行研究,梳理社区空间使用情况并对自发性营造策略进行解读,为传统老旧社区的更新改造提供新思路。

In the era of inventory planning,the micro-reconstruction of old communities has become an important urban proposition.Intricate practical factors make it difficult to find standard solutions for the transformation.From the perspective of daily life,this paper selects an old community in Guangzhou:Baoxian Community for research,sorts out the use of community space and interprets the spontaneous construction strategy,and provides new ideas for the renewal and transformation of traditional old communities.
