探索建筑遗产修复中的“可识别性”原则——青岛济宁路46号里院的适应性存续研究

Explore the Principle of"Identifiability"in the Restoration of Architectural Heritage:Study on the Adaptability and Sustainability of the Courtyard Building at No.46 Jining Road,Qingdao

文章研究了青岛里院式建筑遗产保护与可识别性修复的综合过程。研究目的是根据现代城市建设要求和保护标准,探究传统风貌建筑的结构修复、适应性再利用和可识别性修复的适当方法,继而陈述了济宁路46号里院作为传统风貌建筑,对其进行改造和再利用的建议和修复的研究结果。通过遵循青岛传统风貌建筑保护技术导则中建筑遗产保护标准,利用现代建筑材料技术,探究里院建筑可识别性修复的可能性。

This paper studies the comprehensive process of preservation and identification restoration of Liyuan architectural heritage in Qingdao.The purpose of the study is to explore the appropriate methods of structural restoration,adaptive reuse and recognizable restoration of traditional style buildings according to the requirements of modern urban construction and protection standards.Then the paper states the suggestions of reconstruction and reuse and the research results of restoration of Liyuan No.46 Jining Road as a traditional style building.By following the architectural heritage protection standards in the technical guidelines for the protection of buildings with traditional features in Qingdao and using modern building materials technology,the possibility of identifying the restoration of the courtyard buildings was explored.
