The concept is composed of four aspects: outlining the objectives,highlighting the values,clarifying the practice and implementing the initiatives. The aim of the concept is to solve the prominent problems within the integration of patriotism education in universities,middle schools and primary schools to guide the new practices and create a new pattern of development.
