摘要 矿区铁路无人看守道口数量众多,加之矿区铁路运营线路属于开放式环境,无人看守道口过往车辆、行人较多,部分无人看守道口受制于周边环境、曲线线路等瞭望条件不良,易造成行驶中的机车与社会车辆、行人发生冲突,为解决这一技术难题,结合物联网、目标检测、多传感器融合、风光互补发电等机器人相关学科的先进理论和技术,研发出集智能识别模块、智能监测模块、远程监控模块为一体的矿区铁路无人看守道口智能安防机器人,实现无人看守道口虚拟有人监护提高了矿区铁路技术装备智能化水平,保障道口过往行人的生命财产及矿区运输安全。 There are a large number of unguarded crossings on the railway in the mining area.In addition,the operating routes of the railway in the mining area are in an open environment.There are more passing vehicles and pedestrians at the unguarded crossings,in order to solve this technical problem,some unguarded crossings are subject to poor lookout conditions such as the surrounding environment and curved lines,which easily lead to conflicts between running locomotives and social vehicles and pedestrians,combining advanced theories and technologies in robotics related disciplines such as Internet of Things,target detection,multi-sensor fusion,wind-solar Hybrid Power Generation,it has developed an intelligent security robot which integrates the intelligent recognition module,the intelligent monitoring module and the remote monitoring module,the realization of the unmanned crossing with virtual supervision has improved the intelligence level of railway technology and equipment in mining area,and guaranteed the life and property of pedestrians passing through the crossing and the safety of transportation in mining area.
