摘要
以砂基透水砖为研究对象,首先分析环氧树脂、助剂X以及成型压力对复合砂基透水砖的抗压强度、抗折强度及透水系数的影响规律,其次选出环氧树脂、助剂X以及成型压力对于砂基透水砖影响效果最好的配比范围,最后运用正交试验的方法进一步选出能够提高砂基透水砖成品合格率的最优配比。试验结果表明,当环氧树脂添加量为5%,助剂X添加量为0.16%,成型压力为20kN时,砂基透水砖的抗压强度达到40.2MPa,透水速率为2.8ml/(min·cm^(2)),为砂基透水砖试验最优组。
Taking sand based permeable brick as the research object, firstly, the influence laws of epoxy resin, additive x and molding pressure on the compressive strength, flexural strength and permeability coefficient of composite sand based permeable brick are analyzed. Secondly, the proportion range with the best effect of epoxy resin, additive x and molding pressure on sand based permeable brick is selected. Finally, the optimal proportion that can improve the qualified rate of sand based permeable brick is further selected by using the orthogonal test method. The conclusion is that when the amount of epoxy resin is 5%, the amount of additive x is 0.16% and the molding pressure is 20kN, the compressive strength of sand-based permeable brick reaches 40.2MPa and the permeability coefficient is 2.8ml/(min·cm^(2)),which is the best group for sandbased permeable brick test.
