赤足迹长宽特征测量方式间的信度比较

摘要 在赤足迹鉴定中,足迹长宽特征测量是重要参数,可以采用机器测量和手工测量两种方式,研究通过统计学方法比较两种方式组内和组间的信度和误差范围。选取32名健康成年人分别采集行走与站立捺印足迹,使用IC Measure进行机器测量,然后使用笔和尺进行手工测量,分别测量每个足迹的足长、足宽、跟宽和弓宽,进行重测信度分析,并比较方法间信度,通过ICC(组内相关系数)呈现相对信度,通过SEM(测量标准误)和95%LOA(95%一致性界限)呈现绝对信度。研究发现,机器测量和手工测量都有较高的组内信度,机器测量信度相对更高一些,但两种方式的方法间信度略低,因此,在赤足迹的二次测量验证时,要保证测量方式的一致性。 The length and width characteristics of footprint are two key parameters in the identification of bare footprints,which can be measured by digital or manual approaches.This study focused on the intra-group and inter-group reliability and error ranges of footprint linear measurement between digital and manual approaches by statistical methods.A sample of 32 volunteers was chosen to collect static and dynamic footprints.The foot length,foot width,heel width and bow width of each footprint were measured by IC Measure software and manual tools,like pens and rulers,respectively.Based on statistical methods such as ICC(Intraclass correlation coefficients),SEM(Standard error of measurement)and 95%LOA(Bland-Altman limits of agreement),test-retest reliability were analyzed within and between different approaches.The result showed that both approaches had good test-retest reliability and the reliability of digital approach was relatively better.However,the reliability between these two methods was slightly worse.Therefore,the consistency of measurement methods should be ensured in the verification of the second footprint measurement during the identification procedure.
