以妻子为主的自我表露干预对前列腺癌放疗患者心理困扰与夫妻亲密关系的影响

Effect of spouse-based self-disclosure intervention on psychological distress and intimate relationship in patients with prostate cancer during radiotherapy

目的:分析以妻子为主的自我表露干预对前列腺癌放疗患者心理困扰与夫妻亲密关系的影响。方法:采用便利抽样法,选择2020年4月—8月在湖北省某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院腹部放疗科住院的46例前列腺癌放疗患者及其妻子为对照组,2021年4月—8月的43例前列腺癌放疗患者及其妻子为实验组。实验组实施以妻子为主的自我表露干预,对照组实施常规护理,干预前、干预后及出院后1个月、3个月采用一般资料调查表、中文版痛苦自我表露指数量表、凯斯勒心理困扰量表、亲密关系满意度问卷进行评定。结果:重复测量方差分析结果显示,两组自我表露水平、心理困扰程度、亲密关系满意度的组间效应及时间效应差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且干预与时间因素的交互效应显著(P<0.05)。结论:以妻子为主的自我表露干预可减轻前列腺癌放疗患者心理困扰程度,提高夫妻亲密关系满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of spouse-based self-disclosure intervention on psychological distress and intimate relationship in patients with prostate cancer during radiotherapy.Methods:By using convenient sampling method,46 patients with prostate cancer during radiotherapy hospitalized in a tertiary tumor specialist hospital from April to August 2020 and their spouses were selected as the control group,and 43 patients hospitalized from April to August 2021 and their spouses were selected as experimental group.Chinese version of Distress Disclosure Index(DDI),10-item Kessler Psychological Distress Scale(K10)and the Quality of Relationship Index(QRI)were used to evaluate before intervention,after intervention and 1 month and 3 months after discharge.Results:The results of repeated measure analysis of variance showed that the intergroup effect and time effect were statistically significant different in self-disclosure,psychological distress degree,the satisfaction of intimate relationship between the two groups(P<0.05),and the interaction effect between intervention and time factor was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-disclosure intervention can improve the satisfaction of intimate relationship in patients with prostate cancer during radiotherapy,and reduce the degree of psychological distress of patients.
