脑卒中患者照顾者对基于信息与通信技术的支持性照护体验的Meta整合

The experience of caring of patients with stroke based on Information Communication Technology by caregivers:a Metaintegration

目的:系统评价并整合脑卒中患者照顾者对基于信息-通信技术(Information and Communications Technology,ICT)的支持性照护的体验,为更好地满足脑卒中患者照顾者照护需求,进一步促进基于ICT的支持性照护在我国的实际应用提供参考依据。方法:计算机检索相关数据库,筛选关于脑卒中患者照顾者对ICT支持性照护的看法及体验的质性研究并纳入文献进行方法学的质量评价,运用汇集性Meta整合方法整合结果。结果:共纳入8篇研究,提炼出33个明确的研究结果,将相似的研究结果归纳形成8个新类别,综合出3个整合结果。分别为:①使用ICT支持性照护的积极体验;②使用ICT支持性照护的障碍因素;③照顾者对ICT支持性照护服务的偏好和期望。结论:在家庭环境中使用ICT对脑卒中患者照顾者来说是一个复杂的过程,临床和社区医护人员应充分重视脑卒中患者照顾者对ICT支持性照护的相关体验、偏好和需求,加强ICT支持工作,丰富ICT支持性照护服务形式及内容,以进一步提高其接受度,进而减轻照顾者负担,促进患者居家照护结局。

Objective:To systematically evaluate and integrate the qualitative research evidence related to the experience of caring of patients with stroke based on Information and Communications Technology(ICT)by caregivers so as to better meet the care needs of stroke caregivers and further promote the practical application of ICT based supportive care in China.Methods:The relevant databases were comprehensively searched.Qualitative studies on stroke caregivers’perceptions and experiences of ICT supported care were screened.The methodological quality of the included articles was evaluated using the JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies of Australia,and the results were integrated using the Meta-integration.Results:A total of 33 research findings were extracted from 8 studies,and 8 new categories were formed by summarizing similar research findings.Three new integrated findings were obtained.These 3 new integrated findings were positive experience of supportive care using ICT technology,barriers to use of ICT technology in supportive care,and caregivers’preferences and expectations for supportive care based on ICT technology.Conclusion:The use of ICT at home is a complex process for stroke caregivers.Clinical and community medical staff should pay full attention to the relevant experience,preferences and needs of stroke caregivers for ICT technology supportive care,strengthen ICT technology support,and enrich the form and contents of ICT technology supportive care services.Caregivers’acceptance will be futher improved,their care burdens will be reduced and the health outcomes of stroke patients will be improved.
