摘要
介绍了化疗相关认知障碍的概念、不愉快症状理论模型、乳腺癌患者化疗相关认知障碍的影响因素。基于不愉快症状理论,将影响因素从症状产生的生理、心理和背景层面进行综述,以期为医务人员早期识别乳腺癌患者化疗相关认知障碍,针对性提高其认知功能提供理论依据。
This article introduced the concept of Chemotherapy Related Cognitive Impairment(CRCI)in patients with breast cancer,the Theory of Unpleasant Symptoms(TOUS),influencing factors.Based on TOUS,the influencing factors were summarized from physiologic,psychological and situational levels of symptom.It is expected to provide a theoretical basis for early identification of CRCI and improve cognitive function in patients with breast cancer.
