Research on the Industrial Chain of Sci-tech Journals and Its Integration in the Open Science Environment

聚焦科技期刊的专业化、集约化、集团化,加快建设具有国际显示度的科技期刊是当前科技出版领域亟待解决的问题。对此,引入科技期刊产业链的概念,阐明开放科学对科技期刊产业链的影响,在该背景下剖析科技期刊产业链运行环节及其核心产品与服务,明晰横向一体化内容整合和纵向一体化价值整合的集团化科技期刊产业链整合方式,并提出开放科学环境下我国科技期刊产业链发展的运行策略:一是明确自身优势与定位,强化产业链资源战略建设;二是加强产业主体间合作,推动产业链业务纵向延伸;三是应对开放科学新挑战,助力产业链服务共建升级。

Focusing on the specialization, intensification and grouping of sci-tech journals, and accelerating the construction of sci-tech journals with international visibility are the urgent problems to be solved in the current scientific and technological publishing field. In this regard, this paper introduces the concept of the industrial chain of sci-tech journals, and clarifies the impact of open science on the industrial chain of sci-tech journals. On the basis of analyzing the operation links of the industrial chain of sci-tech journals and their core products and services, including the horizontal integration of content integration and the vertical integration of value integration. Finally, it puts forward the operation strategy for the development of China’s sci-tech journals industry chain under the environment of open science, which involves firstly clarifying its own advantages and positioning, strengthening the strategic construction of industry chain resources, and secondly, strengthening the cooperation between industry entities and promoting the vertical extension of the industry chain business, the third is to meet the new challenges of open science to help the co-construction and upgrading of industrial chain services.
