动车组局放试验的优化设计

为了解决动车组局放试验一次通过率较低的问题,本文对局放试验未能通过的原因进行了详细分析,并针对主要原因提出了改进措施,最后通过多次试验证明了本文提出的优化措施可以显著提高局放试验的一次通过率。这对缩短车辆出厂周期和提高车辆运行稳定性具有重要作用。

In order to solve the low p ass rate of EMU c able local discharge test.In this p aper,the reasons for the failure of local release test are analyzed in detail and the impr ovement measures are put forward for the main r easons.Finally,through many tests,it is pr oved that the impr oved measures proposed in this p aper can significantly improve the primar y pass rate of loc al release test.It plays an import ant role in short ening the deliver y cycle and impr oving the stability of vehicle oper ation.
