肿痛安胶囊联合奥硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果

Analysis of Clinical Effects of Chronic Periodontitis Patients Treated with Zhongtong′an Capsule Combined with Ornidazole

目的 观察并分析肿痛安胶囊联合奥硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法 选择2017年10月至2018年10月于四川省乐山市人民医院治疗的141例慢性牙周炎患者,按随机数表法将患者分为对照组(70例)、治疗组(71例)。对照组采用常规治疗基础上口服奥硝唑治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上增加肿痛安胶囊治疗。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、炎性因子水平、牙周指标、菌斑细菌含量及不良反应情况。结果 治疗2周后,治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、杆菌、螺旋体、弯曲菌含量均降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组龈沟液中炎性因子水平和菌斑细菌含量均低于对照组(P均<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者牙周附着水平、探诊深度和菌斑指数均降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组上述指标均低于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗期间两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P=0.684)。结论 肿痛安胶囊联合奥硝唑治疗慢性牙周炎,可缓解患者炎性反应,改善牙周炎症状,降低菌斑细菌含量,提高患者临床治疗效果。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effects of patients with chronic periodontitis treated with Zhongtong’an capsule combined with Ornidazole.Methods A total of 141 patients with chronic periodontitis treated in Leshan People’s Hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected.Patients were divided into control group(70 cases)and treatment group(71 cases)by random number method.The control group was treated with ornidazole,and the treatment group was treated with Zhongtong’an capsule based on the medication of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor level,periodontal index,plaque bacteria content,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05);compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6,hs-CRP,bacillus,spirochete,and campylobacter of two groups were decreased after treatment(P all<0.05),and the levels of inflammatory factors and plaque bacteria in the gingival crevicular fluid of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P all<0.05);compared with before treatment,the periodontal adhesion level,depth of exploration and the plaque index of two groups were significantly reduced after treatment(P all<0.05),and the above indicators of the treatment group were lower than the control group(P all<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment(P=0.684).Conclusion Zhongtong’an capsule combined with ornidazole in the treatment of chronic periodontitis can significantly alleviate the patient’s inflammatory response,improve the periodontitis symptoms,reduce the plaque bacterial content,and improve the clinical treatment effect of the patients.
