摘要
建筑幕墙结构的计算,对于常规形式的构造,通常采用标准规范中的解析计算或解析程序可以解决,但是对于一些特殊的构造型式,由于规范中没有规定相应的计算公式,或超出规范中的计算公式适用范围,亦或需对部件的局部进行受力分析时,有限元数值模拟工具是唯一的选择。从数值模型选择、几何模型建立、网格划分精度、边界条件设定、模拟计算结果表达等方面进行归纳总结。可为新建、改建、扩建幕墙门窗工程在设计优化过程中的预测性模拟、施工图定稿后的检验性模拟和竣工后的测评性模拟提供参考和借鉴。
Curtain wall structure calculation for the structure of the conventional type,usually with a standard specification of the analytical calculations or program can solve,but for some special constructed type,due to the corresponding calculation formula is not stated in specification,or not in the range of the standard calculation formula,or need to analyze the local stress of structure,numerical simulation tools is the only option.In this paper,the selection of numerical model,the establishment of geometric model,the accuracy of meshing,the setting of boundary conditions and the expression of simulation results are summarized.It can provide reference for the new building,reconstruction and expansion curtain wall doors and windows through predictive simulation in the design optimization process,the testing simulation after the building construction plans completed and the evaluation simulation for the completed construction projects.
