摘要
路面工程由多个环节构成,水泥稳定基层是其中较为重要的一部分,确保水稳基层具有较高的强度与压实度,可提升整个路面的稳定性,防止路面出现沉降、坍落等问题,为延长路面使用年限奠定良好基础。因此,现代路面水稳基层施工时,应对基层压实度提高重视,准确了解影响压实度的主要原因,并制订合理的控制方案。基于此,通过对路面水稳基层压实度形成机理的简单概述,进而以某工程作为研究对象,通过试验分析的方式,对施工压实度影响因素进行了研究,为进一步提升水稳基层压实度提供支持。
The pavement engineering consists of many links,of which the cement stabilized base is a more important part.To ensure that the water stabilized base has high strength and compactness,it can improve the stability of the whole pavement,prevent the settlement and collapse of the pavement,and lay a good foundation for prolonging the service life of the pavement.Therefore,in the construction of water stabilized base course of modern pavement,we should pay more attention to the compactness of base course,accurately understand the main reasons affecting the compactness,and formulate a reasonable control scheme.Based on this,through a simple overview of the formation mechanism of the compactness of the pavement water stabilized base,and then taking a project as the research object,this paper studies the influencing factors of the construction compactness by means of experimental analysis,so as to provide support for further improving the compactness of the water stabilized base.
