预应力损失对综合管廊廊体不均匀沉降影响分析

ANALYSIS ON THE INFLUENCE OF PRESTRESS LOSS ON THE UNEVEN SETTLEMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE PIPE GALLERY

依托灵山湾路综合管廊项目通过理论分析和工程实践等手段对综合管廊廊体不均匀沉降问题展开分析与讨论,并得出以下研究结论:(1)预应力损失的原因主要与钢绞线松弛损失及锚具变形、钢绞线回缩引起的张拉力损失等因素有关;(2)预应力度越小,即实际工程中综合管廊预应力损失越大,沉降位移越大,管廊主体混凝土与钢筋骨架应力越大;(3)实际运营过程中当预应力损失超过理论分析值,有可能导致该地区管廊不均匀沉降位移超限,因而需要采取相应的措施来补救。

In this paper,relying on the Lingshan Bay Road comprehensive pipeline gallery project,through theoretical analysis and engineering practice,the uneven settlement of the comprehensive pipeline gallery is analyzed and discussed,and the following research conclusions are drawn:(1)The reason for the loss of prestress is mainly related to steel,the stranded wire slack loss is related to the deformation of the anchor,and the tensile force loss caused by the retraction of the steel strand.(2)The smaller the degree of prestress,the greater the prestress loss of the integrated pipe gallery in the actual project,the greater the settlement displacement,and the greater the stress of the main concrete and steel skeleton of the pipe gallery.(3)When the prestress loss exceeds the theoretical analysis value in the actual operation process,it may cause the uneven settlement and displacement of the pipe gallery in the area to exceed the limit,so corresponding measures need to be taken to remedy it.
