In order to improve the operation and management quality of xiaojinghe sluice project and optimize water conservancy facilities,this paper expounds the main background of xiaojinghe sluice project,explains the significance of its upgrading and high-quality operation and maintenance,analyzes the core problems existing in the current project,and focuses on the specific methods of engineering transformation.
