摘要
磨削是木质材料加工中非常重要的技术手段,对木制品表面质量、界面结合性能等具有重要的影响。本文归纳总结木质材料磨削表面创成机理和磨削失效机理,提出木质材料磨削加工领域应关注的关键技术,同时对木质材料砂带磨削技术发展做出展望,为后续磨削技术的研究发展提供参考。
Sanding is a critical technique in machine processing,which displays significant influence on wood surface quality and interface bonding performance of wood products.This article summarized the surface creation mechanism and sanding efficacy failure mechanism.Furthermore,the key technique was introduced on wood sanding process.Meanwhile,perspectives on the development of wood sanding technology were proposed for future research.
