摘要
为了解花溪水库后生浮游动物多样性及水质状况,于2020年10月~2021年8月,对花溪水库进行了4次采样调查分析。结果表明:花溪水库共鉴定出后生浮游动物33种,其中轮虫类26种,占总数的78.78%,桡足类3种,占9.09%,枝角类4种,占12.12%。优势种在各月份有所不同,螺形龟甲轮虫(Keratella cochlearis)和曲腿龟甲轮虫(Keratella valga)为常见优势种;后生浮游动物密度在16.25~209.25 ind./L之间,生物量在0.01~1.56 mg/L之间,轮虫为主要贡献类群。采用后生浮游动物群落Shannon-Wiener多样性指数和Pielou均匀度指数对水质进行评价,花溪水库Shannon-Wiener指数介于1.09~2.22之间,呈现中度污染状态;Pielou均匀度指数介于0.59~0.81之间,呈现清洁-轻度污染状态。
In order to understand the diversity of metazooplankton and water quality in Huaxi Reservoir,four sampling surveys were conducted on Huaxi Reservoir from October 2020 to August 2021.The results showed that a total of 33 species of metazooplankton were identified in Huaxi Reservoir.There are 26 species of rotifers,accounting for 78.78%of the total,3 species of copepods,accounting for 9.09%,and 4 species of cladocerans,accounting for 12.12%.The dominant species varies from month to month,Keratella cochlearis and Keratella valga were common dominant species;the density of metazooplankton ranged from 16.25 to 209.25 ind./L;the biomass ranged from 0.01 to 1.56 mg/L,and rotifers were the main contributing group.The Shannon-Wiener diversity index and Pielou evenness index are used to evaluate water quality.Through investigation and analysis,the Shannon-Wiener index of the metazooplankton community in Huaxi Reservoir were between 1.09 and 2.22,which indicated that the water body was in a moderately polluted state;Pielou evenness index between 0.59 and 0.81,the water body was in a clean-lightly polluted state.
