应用型本科证券投资学课程教学创新实践——以苏州大学应用技术学院为例

根据学院的办学定位,以及投资学专业的人才培养目标,结合课程的专业核心课地位和职业能力支撑作用,同时根据对学生和行业的调研结果,针对青年一代价值观亟待引领、传统教学模式弊端以及教学信息化不足3个教学痛点,本课程坚持“学生中心,产出导向,持续改进”的教育教学理念,对教学模式、教学内容、教学活动、教学组织、教学方式方法和教学考核与评价六个方面进行5轮改革和创新。实践证明本课程的改革有方法,创新有实效,效果易量化,有较强的推广价值。

According to the college's educational orientation,the training goals of investment professional talent,professional core course status and curriculum support for professional abilities,as well as the results of investigations on students and industries,the course reform needs to strengthen the urgent need to lead the younger generation of values,improve the drawbacks of traditional teaching models,and make up for the lack of teaching information.The course curriculum should adhere to the education and teaching concept of"student-centered,output-oriented,continuous improvement",and carry out 5 rounds of reforms and innovations in terms of teaching mode,teaching content,teaching activities,teaching organization,teaching methods,and teaching assessment and evaluation.Practice has proved that the reform of this course is methodical,the innovation is effective,the effect is easy to quantify,and the course reform has a strong promotion value.
