摘要
本研究通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、教学实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,分析目前高校健美操教学的现状以及教改的驱动因素和阻力因素,阐述创建健美操微课资源库的意义和具体流程。结果表明健美操微课资源库的建设能完善补充体育课程线上学习资源,利用微课资源库进行教学延伸高校健美操课堂教学,培养学生主动学习、合作学习和自主解决问题的能力。建议通过提高微课设计质量、提高教师信息素养、为学生提供自主学习保障来提高微课资源库的利用率和教学质量。
This study analyzes the current situation of college aerobics teaching and the driving factors and resistance factors of teaching reform through literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other research methods.The study explains the significance and specific process of the gymnastics micro-class resource library.The results show that the construction of the aerobics micro-class resource library complements the online learning resources of physical education courses.The use of the micro-class resource library for teaching extends the classroom teaching of aerobics in colleges and universities,and cultivates students'initiative Ability to learn,cooperate and solve problems independently.It is recommended to improve the utilization rate and teaching quality of the micro-course resource database by improving the quality of micro-course design,improving teachers'information literacy,and providing students with independent learning guarantee.
