微观视角下的中华民族共同体构建--基于甘肃合作“南木娄村”的日常生活实践

The Construction of the Community for the Chinese Nation from a Micro Perspective--Base on Daily Life Practice of“Nanmulou Village”in Gannan of Gansu Province

中华民族五千多年的发展历程,就是一部各民族交往交流交融的历史,可以说,中华民族共同体的构建与“民族三交”的不断深化是密不可分的。2021年8月召开的中央民族工作会议上,习近平总书记更是强调了“以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线”“促进各民族交往交流交融”的思想精髓与核心要义。南木娄村在成为“民族团结进步示范村”的过程中,村民个体之间的互帮互助推动了“生活共同体”的实现,而政府在村落文化、经济发展等方面的政策支持则实现了“中华民族共同体”构建的“国家在场”。在此基础上,日常生活构成了微观实践中最为重要的事实,对国家宏观政策的解读离不开对村落“微观”事实所进行的详细分析。这些均成为当地各族群众铸牢中华民族共同体意识的关键。

The development history of the Chinese nation for more than 5,000 years is a history of exchange,interaction and integration of all ethnic groups,and it can be said that the construction of the community for the Chinese nation is inseparable from the deepening of the“exchange,interaction and integration of all ethnic groups”.At the Central Conference on Ethnic Affairs held in August 2021,President Xi Jinping emphasized the essence and core significance of“consolidating the sense of community for the Chinese nation as the main line”“promoting the exchange,interaction and integration of various ethnic groups”.In the process of Nanmulou village becoming a“model village of ethnic unity and progress”,the mutual help among villagers has promoted the realization of“living community”,while the government’s policy support in terms of village culture and economic development has realized the“state presence”in the construction of“the community for the Chinese nation”.On this basis,daily life constitutes the most important fact in micro practices,and the interpretation of national macro policies cannot be separated from the detailed analysis of village“micro”facts.These are the keys to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation among all the local ethnic groups.
