海域环境新型混凝土涂装方案的应用与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 乐清湾跨海大桥位于乐清湾北部,其所处海域环境属于重度盐雾区,对桥梁耐久性要求高,为此乐清湾跨海大桥项目组提出新型混凝土有机硅树脂体系涂装方案,该涂装方案三层涂料均为有机硅类改性材料,具有单向憎水性,较强防腐、防水、防污能力。通过介绍涂装设计方案、施工工艺及施工质量控制验收原则,并对使用5年后的涂装层涂装效果进行了检测评价,结果表明该涂装方案涂装牢固,外观色泽饱满,无变色,抗腐性能好,能有效提升结构耐久性,能较好的保护海域环境下的桥梁结构。 Yueqing Bay sea crossing bridge is located in the north of Yueqing Bay.The sea environment where it is located belongs to a heavy saline area,which has high requirements on the durability of the bridge.Therefore,the Yueqing Bay sea crossing bridge project team proposed a new concrete silicone resin system coating scheme.The three layers of coating in the coating scheme are silicone modified materials,which have one-way hydrophobicity and strong anti-corrosion,waterproof and antifouling capabilities.This paper introduces the painting design scheme,construction technology and construction quality control acceptance principle;The coating effect of the coating layer after 5 years of use is tested and evaluated.The results show that the coating scheme has firm coating,full appearance color,no discoloration,good corrosion resistance,can effectively improve the durability of the structure,and can better protect the bridge structure in the sea environment.
