产教融合背景下复合型企业工作室实践研究

A Report on the Practice of Compound-enterprise-studio under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education

设立企业工作室是在职业教育改革中发挥企业主体作用,破解职业院校人才培养规格失配产业人才需求规格矛盾的重要举措。本文全方位介绍了一个复合型企业工作室的设立、组织架构、制度建设、运行机制、人才培养以及基于该平台校企双方取得的成效,指出复合型企业工作室的双工模式有助于企业与学校之间人才培养规格等信息快速对接与自适应匹配,分析了阻碍企业工作室进一步发展的场地受限、工作非常规、校企双主体等因素。

The establishment of enterprise-studios is an important measure to give full play to the main role of enterprises in the reform of vocational education and to solve the mismatch contradiction between the vocational schooltalent cultivation and the industry talent demand.This article comprehensively introduces the establishment,organizational structure,system construction,operation mechanism,talent training,etc.of a compound-enterprise-studio,as well as the achievements obtained by both colleges and enterprises based on the platform.It is pointed out that the duplex mode of the compound-enterprise-studio is helpful for the rapid connection and adaptive matching of information such as personnel training specifications between enterprises and schools.Factors such as limited space,unconventional work and the school-enterprise dual main body that will hinder the development of enterprise-studios are also analyzed pace,unconventional work,and difficult communication will hinder the development of enterprise-studios.
