摘要
网络的出现深刻改变了人们的学习方式。网络赋能碎片化学习作为一种学习方式,对完善终身学习体系和建设学习型社会具有促进作用。与正式学习相比,网络赋能碎片化学习呈现出学习方式由传递性学习变为附加性学习、学习时间由“依附他人”变为“个体自觉”、学习思维由长形式变为网形式和学习者注意力由聚焦变为分散四个新特征。知识传播方式的改变、弹性化的时间结构、对学习者信息素养的要求和加速社会带来的生活遽变是网络赋能碎片化学习产生的原因。为深化网络信息社会中的碎片化学习,学习者应从构建学习行动框架、优化时间管理、转变学习思维、提升学习投入四个维度提升学习效果,从而促进自身可持续发展。
The emergence of network has profoundly changed people s way of learning.As a learning method,network enabling fragmented learning plays a beneficial role in improving the lifelong learning system and building a learning society.Compared with formal learning,network enabling fragmented learning shows four new characteristics:learning method changes from transitive learning to additional learning;learning time changes from“depending on others”to“individual consciousness”;learning thinking changes from long form to network form;and learners attention changes from focus to distraction.The change of knowledge transmission mode,flexible time structure,the requirements of learners information literacy and the rapid change of life brought by accelerating society are the causes for network enabling fragmented learning.In order to deepen fragmented learning in the network information society,learners should improve their learning effect from four dimensions of constructing learning action framework,optimizing time management,changing learning thinking and improving learning input,so as to promote their own sustainable development.
