摘要
采用Maslach工作倦怠量表、Motowidlo工作压力量表对上海市社区教育专职工作者的工作倦怠与工作压力进行了问卷调研,获得100份有效问卷,通过统计分析可知月均收入、职称、编制情况是影响社区教育专职工作者工作压力大小的主要因素;工作负荷、职业发展是造成社区教育专职工作者工作热情枯竭的主要预测因素;人际关系是造成社区教育专职工作者人格解体的主要预测因素;工作负荷、工作压力是造成社区教育专职工作者工作厌倦的主要预测因素。通过影响因素研究提出减少社区教育专职工作者工作倦怠相应的建议及对策。
This paper uses Maslach Job Burnout Scale and Motowidlo Work Stress Scale to conduct a questionnaire survey on job burnout and work stress of full-time workers in community education in Shanghai,and 100 valid questionnaires were obtained.Through statistical analysis,it was found that the monthly average income,professional title and authorized staffing were the main factors influencing work stress of full-time workers in community education.Workload and career development are the main predictive factors that cause the exhaustion of work enthusiasm of full-time workers in community education.Interpersonal relationship is the main predictive factors of personality disintegration of full-time workers in community education.Workload and work stress are the main predictive factors of job burnout of full-time workers in community education.Through the research on the influencing factors,this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures to reduce job burnout of full-time workers in community education.
