摘要
深化产教融合、校企合作是党的十九大为职业教育创新发展指明的方向。在从中央到地方密集出台的一系列政策推动下,产教之间供需双向对接和融合进展迅速。但受多种因素影响,职业教育产教融合仍处于浅表层,“两张皮”问题未能完全解决,合理、有效的机制是不断“深化”的关键所在。布迪厄的社会实践理论对教育问题的宏观视野和思考契机在教育话题探讨中得到应用。从场域、惯习和资本及彼此关系的独特思维和分析框架阐释产教融合机理,突破对布迪厄理论“碎片化、片面化吸收”的运用和概念工具适用的局限性,从打破产业场域与职业教育场域原有机制的藩篱、构建产教融合场域稳定运行急需的机制、创新产教融合场域可持续发展的机制等方面进行职业教育深化产教融合机制建设。
Deepening production-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation are the directions pointed out by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the innovative and development of vocational education.Driven by a series of policies issued intensively from the central government to local government,the two-way docking and integration of supply and demand between production and education have developed rapidly.However,affected by many factors,production-education integration in vocational education is still at the superficial level,and the“two skins”problem has not been completely solved.A reasonable and effective mechanism is the key to deepening.The macro vision and thinking opportunity of Bourdieu s social practice theory on educational issues have been applied in the discussion of educational topics.This paper explains the mechanism of production-education integration from the unique thinking and analysis framework of field,habitus,capital and their relationship,breaks through the limitations of the application of Bourdieu s theory“fragmentation and one-sided absorption”and the application of conceptual tools,and deepens the construction of production-education mechanism in vocational education from the aspects of breaking the barriers of the original mechanism of industrial field and vocational education field,building a mechanism urgently needed for the stable operation of production-education integration field,and innovating the mechanism of sustainable development of production-education integration field.
