摘要
从德国职业学校OES的形成发展逻辑入手,全面剖析了OES质量监控的目标、领域、结构,对其进行了较为全面客观的评价,从监控质量领域与制度、监控的组织与主体、内部监控与外部监控关系和全面学校质量发展目标制定几个方面谈了一些启示,旨在推动我国职业学校质量监控体系构建。
Starting with the formation and development logic of OES in German vocational schools,this paper comprehensively analyzes the objective,field and structure of OES quality control,makes a more comprehensive and objective evaluation,and discusses some enlightenment in the field and system of monitoring quality,the organization and subject of monitoring,the relationship between internal monitoring and external monitoring,and the formulation of comprehensive quality development objectives for schools,aiming to promote the construction of quality monitoring system of vocational schools in China.
