PASP和NAA组配调控生物质高粱萃取镉效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】研究螯合剂PASP和植物激素NAA在单独施加和组配施加时对生物质高粱萃取镉效果的影响。【方法】(1)以不同浓度的PASP和NAA对生物质高梁盆栽进行处理,PASP在播种时以溶液的形式向土壤中淋入,浓度分别为1、3、5、7、9 g·L^(-1),NAA在5叶期时以叶面喷施的方式进行施加,浓度分别为5、10、15、20 mg·L^(-1),播种30 d后,采集生物质高粱全株,测定各部位干质量及镉含量。(2)在单因素试验的基础上,以镉积累量为选取标准,选取各自具有代表性的浓度进行组配试验,测定全生育期干质量及镉含量。【结果】两种物质在单独施用时,对生物质高粱的生物量和镉富集能力都产生了显著性影响(P<0.05),PASP对生物质高粱地上部生物量的提高较地下部更为明显,NAA则相反;在施用PASP后,生物质高粱无论在地上部还地下部,镉含量都有显著提高;而在施用NAA后,地上部镉含量有一定提高但不显著,地下部镉含量显著提高。在两种物质达到高浓度后,生物质高粱的生物量和镉含量均出现了一定程度的下降或趋于平稳。总之,两种物质在单独施用后均能够提高生物质高粱的镉积累量,最高时分别达到60.08%、33.24%。在将两种物质进行组配联用后,生物质高粱的生物量和镉含量都较单独施用时更高,在所有处理组中,5 g·L^(-1) PASP+20 mg·L^(-1) NAA处理下,生物质高粱镉积累量达到最高值543.57 ug/株,较对照提高156.65%。【结论】PASP和NAA都能不同程度地提高生物质高粱的生物量并提升镉富集浓度,增加了生物质高粱的镉积累量,且二者在组配施用时效果更佳。 【Objective】This article aimed to study the effects of the chelating agent PASP and plant hormone NAA on the extraction of cadmium from Sorghum dochna(Forssk.)Snowden.【Method】(1)Different concentrations of PASP and NAA were used to treat Sorghum dochna(Forssk.)Snowden potted plants.PASP solution was poured into the soil with a concentration of 1,3,5,7 and 9 g·L^(-1),respectively.NAA was sprayed on the leaves at the five-leaf stage with a concentration of 5,10,15 and 20 mg·L^(-1),respectively.After 30 days of sowing,the whole biomass sorghum plant was collected,and the dry weight and cadmium content of each part were determined;(2)Based on the single factor experiment,taking cadmium accumulation as the selection standard,the representative concentrations were selected for the combination experiment to determine the biomass and cadmium content during the whole growth period.【Result】The biomass and Cd accumulation capacity of Sorghum dochna(Forssk.)Snowden were significantly affected by the application of the two substances(P<0.05).The results showed that PASP can increase the biomass of Sorghum dochna(Forssk.)Snowden aboveground more significantly than those underground,while NAA showed the opposite effect.After applying PASP,the cadmium content of Sorghum dochna(Forssk.)Snowden increased significantly in both aboveground and underground parts.After applying NAA,the cadmium content of Sorghum dochna(Forssk.)Snowden in the aboveground parts increased to a certain extent,but not significantly,while the cadmium content in the underground parts increased significantly.The biomass and cadmium content of Sorghum dochna(Forssk.)Snowden decreased to a certain extent or tended to be stable after the two substances reached a high concentration.In conclusion,the two substances could increase the Cd accumulation of Sorghum dochna(Forssk.)Snowden when applied alone,reached 60.08%and 33.24%respectively.After the combination of the two substances,the biomass and cadmium content of Sorghum dochna(Forssk.)Snowden were higher than those of single application.Under the treatment with 5 g·L^(-1) PASP+20 mg·L^(-1) NAA,the cadmium accumulation of Sorghum dochna(Forssk.)Snowden reached the highest value of 543.57 ug/plant,which was 156.65%higher than that of control.【Conclusion】PASP and NAA can increase the biomass and cadmium concentration of Sorghum dochna(Forssk.)Snowden to different extents,and increase cadmium accumulation in Sorghum dochna(Forssk.)Snowden,and the effect is better when the two substances are applied in combination.
