摘要
幼儿劳动与游戏有着特殊密切的耦合性。游戏可促进幼儿劳动教育的发展,幼儿劳动教育又可丰富游戏的内涵。游戏化视域下幼儿劳动教育的本质内涵在于以幼儿全面发展为宗旨,以劳动教育内容、劳动教育方法、劳动教育环境为基本要素,以领悟劳动精神为目标,以幼儿生活体验为载体。幼儿在劳动过程中的参与性、积极性、社会性以及独立性都会得到深入发展。从游戏化的劳动理念、游戏化的劳动环境、游戏化的劳动教学、游戏化的劳动内容这四个方面去丰富幼儿劳动教育的内涵,澄清幼儿劳动教育的价值,践行幼儿劳动教育的策略。
Children's labor and games are specially and closely associated.Games can promote the development of children's labor education,which can enrich the connotation of games.The essential connotation of children's labor education from the perspective of game lies in deeply developing children's participation,enthusiasm,sociality and independence in the process of labor with children's all-round development as the purpose,labor education content,labor education method and labor education environment as the basic elements,labor spirit as the goal and with children's life experience as the carrier.The connotation of early childhood labor education is studied;the value of early childhood labor education is clarified and the strategies of early childhood labor education is practiced from four aspects:game-based labor concept,game-based labor environment,game-based labor teaching and game-based labor content.
