明清时期贵州茶事艺文中的茶文化书写

The Writing of Tea Culture in Guizhou Tea Art and Literature in Ming and Qing Dynasties

贵州自古便是重要的产茶区,有关贡茶、种茶、制茶的史实在各类文献中都有记载。茶叶不仅是贵州特色的土产,还是人们精神生活中的重要素材。明清以来,茶进入诗词、民歌、故事,依靠不同的载体呈现出活态的茶文化。同时,不同形式的茶事艺文再现了历史上人们与茶叶紧密互动的状况,建构出茶叶与人们特殊的感情。隐藏在贵州茶事艺文中的茶文化,一方面是贵州茶史横向维度的记载,为认识茶文化提供了全新角度;另一方面作为贵州茶产业极其重要的软实力,是黔茶具有深厚历史底蕴的佐证。明清时期贵州的茶诗词、采茶歌、民间的茶故事中有着内容丰富、层次分明、形态立体的茶文化,皆是贵州茶史中不可忽略的部分。

Guizhou has been an important tea-producing area since ancient times,and the history of tribute tea,tea planting,and tea production has been recorded in various documents.Tea is not only a local product with Guizhou characteristics,but also an important material in people's spiritual life.Since the Ming and Qing dynasties,tea has entered poetry,folk songs,and stories,relying on different carriers to present a living tea culture.At the same time,different forms of tea art and literature reproduce the close interaction between people and tea in history,and build a special relationship between tea and people.The tea culture hidden in the tea culture of Guizhou,on the one hand,is a record of the horizontal dimension of the tea history in Guizhou,which provides a new perspective for understanding tea culture;In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,Guizhou's tea poems,tea-picking songs,and folk tea stories have tea culture with rich content,distinct layers and three-dimensional forms,all of which cannot be ignored in the history of tea in Guizhou.
