摘要
[目的]扩繁木本油料植物文冠果苗木。[方法]采用硬枝扦插和全光照喷雾嫩枝扦插技术,运用石蜡切片法观察文冠果嫩枝插条生根过程中愈伤组织和插穗基部茎解剖学特征变化,确定插穗生根类型、不定根的发育阶段,比较不同外源激素处理对文冠果插条不定根发生的影响。[结果]采用激素处理文冠果插穗,嫩枝愈伤组织较清水处理早形成14 d,根系提早发育8 d。从生根率和生根数看,采用IBA(吲哚丁酸)800 mg/kg浸穗并加热插床,硬枝插穗快繁效果最佳。[结论]文冠果愈伤组织生成需要较长时间,插穗营养和水分逐渐消耗及其土壤基质积水缺氧或病菌感染往往导致穗基腐烂、生根率低;外源激素促进插穗对愈伤组织诱导和不定根产生密切相关。
[Objective]To propagate the woody oil plants Xanthoceras sorborifolia seedlings.[Method]Using hardwood cutting and full light spray softwood cutting technology,paraffin sectioning method was used to observe the changes in the anatomical characteristics of callus and stem at the base of cuttings during the rooting process of Xanthoceras sorbifolia softwood cuttings,determine the rooting type of cuttings and the development stage of adventitious roots,and compare the effects of different exogenous hormone treatments on the occurrence of adventitious roots of Xanthoceras sorbifolia cuttings.[Result]The shoot callus formed 14days earlier and the root system developed 8 days earlier after hormone treatment than that of water treatment.From the rooting rate and rooting number,IBA(indole butyric acid)800 mg/kg soaking and heating the cuttings bed,the effect of rapid propagation of hardwood cuttings was the best.[Conclusion]The callus formation of Xanthoceras sorbifolia takes a long time.The gradual consumption of nutrition and water in cuttings and the accumulation of water in soil matrix,hypoxia or bacterial infection often lead to the decay of panicle base and low rooting rate;exogenous hormones promote the callus induction and adventitious root production of cuttings.
