Raspberry is a kind of small berry fruit tree with high economic value.It has good nutritional value,medicinal value and edible value.It is widely used in medicine,cosmetics,health care,food,greening,ecological protection,etc.Long term use of raspberries,may enhance the human body immunity,the enhancement physique,the prevention disease,the body building loses weight,the cosmetology,and anti-senility.But at present its special function value has not been fully developed and utilized.In this paper,the biological characteristics,ecological habits and fresh-keeping methods of raspberry were described to provide guidance for the selection of planting area.The nutritional value and health function of raspberry were analyzed,and the exploitable fields of raspberry were introduced,which provided reference for comprehensive utilization and sustainable development of raspberry industry.
