香菇是我国产量最高、影响最广的食用菌种类之一,香菇产量的增加对促进香菇产业发展和实现菇农增产增收都有十分重要的意义。目前香菇增产添加剂主要包括天然追肥液、食用菌(香菇)增产剂、生长调节剂、酶及酶抑制剂、化学肥料和试剂等几类,该文分析总结了香菇增产添加剂的研究与应用情况,希望能为广大菇农和香菇种植者提供一定的参考。

Lentinus edodes is one of the edible fungi with the highest yield and the widest influence in China.The yield-increasing of Lentinus edodes is very significant to the development of Lentinus edodes industry and income-increasing of Lentinus edodes planters.At present,the yield-increasing additives of Lentinus edodes mainly include natural after manuring solution,edible fungus(Lentinus edodes)yield-increasing agent,growth regulator,enzyme and enzyme inhibitor,chemical fertilizer and reagent.Here,the yield-increasing additives of Lentinus edodes and their application were analyzed and summarized with the hope of providing some help for Lentinus edodes planters.
