峡江县国有林场场外造林研究

场外造林是国有林场扩大经营规模的有效方式,对提高林场经济效益和推进生态文明建设有重要意义。文章结合峡江县实际,就场外造林存在的主要问题进行分析,并提出有效解决对策。在广泛调研的基础上,经过充分论证和分析全县林农林地现状、利益需求和市场实际情况,确定了以一次性购买为主的思路,明确赎买林地的方向,以期能为国有林场场外造林工作提供借鉴,使得林场的森林资源和经济收入双提升,促进国有林场健康快速发展。

Afforestation outside the state-owned forest farm is an effective way to expand the scale of operation,which is of great significance to improve the economic benefits of forest farms and promote the construction of ecological civilization.Combined with the actual situation of Xiajiang county,the main problems of afforestation outside the state-owned forest farm were analyzed and effective countermeasures were put forward.On the basis of extensive research,after fully demonstrating and analyzing the current situation,interest demand and market actual situation of forest farm and forest land in Xiajiang county,the idea of onetime purchase was determined,and the direction of redemption of forest land was clarified,in order to provide reference for afforestation outside the state-owned forest farm,so that the forest resources and economic income of the forest farm are improved,and the healthy and rapid development of the state-owned forest farm is promoted.
