自拟健脾化痰平喘膏方联合孟鲁司特钠治疗慢性咳嗽肺脾气虚证的疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Self-Made Jianpi Huatan Pingchuan Ointment Combined with Montelukast Sodium in the Treatment of Chronic Cough with Lung Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome

目的:探究自拟健脾化痰平喘膏方联合孟鲁司特钠治疗慢性咳嗽肺脾气虚证的疗效。方法:收集2020年5月—2022年1月时间段内在我院接受诊疗的慢性咳嗽患者72例,随机划分为两组,观察组与参照组,各36例。参照组给予常规对症支持治疗,观察组则在参照组基础上给予自拟健脾化痰平喘膏方联合孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组疗效有效率,治疗前后症状评分、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、炎性因子指标(IL-4、CRP)水平、肺功能指标(FEV1、FEV1/FVC)水平、用药不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组疗效有效率、肺功能指标FEV1、FEV1/FVC水平高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组症状评分、免疫指标IgE及炎性因子IL-4及CRP水平、用药后不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性咳嗽肺脾气虚证通过自拟健脾化痰平喘膏方联合孟鲁司特钠治疗的疗效显著,能显著改善症状及肺部功能、免疫,缓解炎性,安全性高。

Objective:To explore the effect of Jianpi Huatan Pingchuan ointment prescription combined with Montelukast sodium in the treatment of chronic cough syndrome of deficiency of lung Qi.Methods:Seventy-two patients with chronic cough who received treatment in our hospital from May 2020 to January 2022 were collected and randomly divided into two groups,observation group and reference group,36 cases in each group.The reference group was given conventional symptomatic supportive treatment,while the observation group was given self-made Jianpi Huatan Pingchuan ointment combined with Montelukast sodium on the basis of the reference group.The curative effect,symptom score,immunoglobulin E(IgE),inflammatory factor index(IL-4,CRP),lung function index(FEV1,FEV1/FVC)and incidence of adverse drug reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the curative effect and the level of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,symptom score,immune index IgE and inflammatory factors IL-4 and CRP levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chronic cough syndrome of deficiency of lung and spleen qi can be treated with montelukast sodium,which can significantly improve symptoms,lung function and immunity,relieve inflammation and has high safety.
