慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者AOPP、OX-LDL水平表达意义及相关性分析 被引量:3

Significance and Correlation Analysis of AOPP and OX-LDL Levels in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure on Hemodialysis

摘要 目的:探讨晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)在慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者中的表达,并分析AOPP和OX-LDL间及其与血清肌酐(Cr)、血红蛋白(HGB)的相关性。方法:抽取本院2020年3月至2022年2月收治的30例行血液透析的慢性肾衰竭患者作为A组,同期选择我院收治的30例未行血液透析的慢性肾衰竭患者作为B组以及30例来我院进行健康体检的健康人员作为C组,比较三组的一般资料及AOPP、OX-LDL、Cr、HGB等水平,并分析AOPP、OX-LDL间及其与Cr、HGB相关性。结果:三组的Cr、HGB、AOPP、OX-LDL水平均存在差异(P<0.05);A组和B组Cr、AOPP、OX-LDL水平高于C组,HGB水平低于C组(P<0.05);A组Cr、AOPP、OX-LDL水平高于B组,HGB低于B组(P<0.05)。AOPP与OX-LDL呈正相关(P<0.05),AOPP和OX-LDL与Cr呈正相关(P<0.05),与HGB呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:慢性肾衰竭患者Cr、AOPP、OX-LDL呈高水平表达,HGB呈低水平表达,且低通量血液透析无法清除AOPP、OX-LDL。AOPP和OX-LDL相互促进,加重氧化应激反应,而AOPP和OX-LDL水平的高表达则会加重机体尿毒症毒素积蓄和贫血程度。慢性肾衰竭临床诊疗过程中可以通过不断改进透析膜,降低体内氧化应激反应等措施,减少其并发症。 Objective:To investigate the expression of late oxidized protein product(AOPP)and oxidized low density lipoprotein(OX-LDL)in patients with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis,and to analyze the relationship between AOPP and OX-LDL and their relationship with serum creatinine(Cr)and hemoglobin(HGB).Methods:30 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis who were admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to February 2022 were selected as group A,30 patients with chronic renal failure without hemodialysis who were admitted to our hospital during the same period were selected as group B and 30 healthy personnel who came to our hospital for health examination were selected as group C.The general data and the levels of AOPP,OX-LDL,Cr and HGB in the three groups were compared,and the correlation between AOPP and OX-LDL and Cr and HGB was analyzed.Results:There were differences in Cr,HGB,AOPP and OX-LDL levels among the three groups(P<0.05).The levels of Cr,AOPP and OX-LDL in group A and group B were higher than those in group C,and the levels of HGB were lower than those in group C(P<0.05).The levels of Cr,AOPP and OX-LDL in group A were higher than those in group B,while HGB was lower than those in group B(P<0.05).AOPP was positively correlated with OX-LDL(P<0.05),AOPP and OX-LDL were positively correlated with Cr(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with HGB(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cr,AOPP and OX-LDL are highly expressed in patients with chronic renal failure,while HGB is low,and AOPP and OX-LDL cannot be removed by low-flux hemodialysis.AOPP and OX-LDL promote each other and aggravate the oxidative stress response,while the high expression of AOPP and OX-LDL can aggravate the uremic toxin accumulation and anemia degree.In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic renal failure,measures such as improving dialysis membrane and reducing oxidative stress response can be taken to reduce its complications.
