摘要
目的:分析预防透析相关性低血压采用低温可调钠超滤曲线模式的预防效果。方法:本研究计划选取2021年3月至2022年1月我院接受常规维持性血液透析患者90例,按随机数表法分为常温常规透析组、低温常规透析组、低温加可调钠透析组各30例,比对三组透析前后各临床指标。结果:低温加可调钠透析组、低温常规透析组比常温常规透析组透析后尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(SCr)指标更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低温加可调钠透析组、低温常规透析组比常温常规透析组透析后收缩压、舒张压更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);低温常规透析组、低温加可调钠透析组比常温常规透析组头晕、呕吐、低血压及肌肉痉挛发生率均更低,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:维持性血液透析患者采取低温可调钠超滤曲线模式,能够预防透析相关性低血压,减少患者透析后血压变化情况,有效预防透析低血压,实践价值较高。
Objective:To analyze the preventive effect of low-adjustable sodium ultrafiltration curve in dialysis-related hypotension.Methods:This study plans to select 90 patients receiving routine maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from March 2021 to January 2022,which is divided into 30 cases of normal temperature conventional dialysis group,low temperature conventional dialysis group and low temperature plus adjustable sodium dialysis group according to the random number table,and compare the clinical indicators before and after dialysis in the three groups.Results:Lower urea nitrogen(BUN)and creatinine(SCr)(P<0.05),lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05),and lower dizziness,vomiting and hypotension(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-adjustable sodium ultrafiltration curve mode can prevent dialysis-related hypotension,reduce post-dialysis BP changes,and has high practical value.
