音乐疗法联合认知行为干预在恢复期精神分裂症患者中的应用

Music Therapy in Combination with Cognitive Behavioral Intervention in Improving the Recovery of Schizophrenia Patients with Negative Emotions and the Application of the Quality of Life

目的:探讨精神分裂症患者恢复期采用音乐疗法与认知行为干预联合应用的效果。方法:随机将2020年1月—2021年12月本院收治的80例恢复期精神分裂症患者分为对照组(常规干预)与观察组(音乐疗法联合认知行为干预),每组40例,对比其负性情绪[焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)]、社交技能(SSC)及生活质量。结果:与对照组比较,观察组SAS、SDS和SSC评分明显更低,生活质量评分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:联合对恢复期精神分裂症患者开展音乐疗法和认知行为干预,有助于缓解患者的不良情绪,同时还能提升其社交能力,改善其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of music therapy combined with cognitive behavior intervention in patients with schizophrenia during convalescence.Methods:80 patients with convalescent schizophrenia who were admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into the control group(conventional intervention)and the observation group(music therapy combined with cognitive behavioral intervention),40 cases in each group,and compared their negative emotions[anxiety(SAS),depression(SDS)],social skills(SSC)and quality of life.Results:Compared with the control group,the SAS,SDS and SSC scores in the observation group were significantly lower,and the quality of life score was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining music therapy and cognitive-behavioral intervention for convalescent schizophrenia patients can help relieve their negative emotions,improve their social skills,and improve their quality of life.
