首次胶原蛋白填充泪沟的临床评价及规律注射者时间-效果回顾性分析

Effectiveness of collagen filler injection of lacrimal groove for the frist time and time effectiveness analysis of regular injection:a retrospective study

目的首次胶原蛋白填充泪沟的临床评价及规律注射者的注射次数与间隔周期。方法本研究对2019年3月至2021年8月423例求美者首次注射进行有效性评价和安全性评价;统计118例规律注射者对首次填充效果的满意度、维持时间;统计118例规律注射者的注射次数和平均注射周期。其中第a次注射计为T_(a),(如第1次注射为T_(1),第1次注射与第2次注射之间间隔为T_(1-2))结果423例求美者首次注射后显效390例,有效33例,显效率为92.2%;不良反应发生率1%(4/423)。规律注射的118例求美者中色素沉着、皮肤细纹、泪沟凹陷的改善较为明显,对毛细血管扩张的改善为无效占33%,显著高于其他项目(P<0.05)。规律注射的118位求美者评价首次注射的中位填充效果维持时间为120天。规律注射的118例求美者注射次数最多为9次,平均注射次数(2.97±1.47)次,仅注射2次者32.99%,3次12.08%,4次者7.51%。规律注射的118例求美者,相邻两次注射间隔最长284天,最短30天。相邻两次注射间隔天数为(126.73±60.12),T_(1-2)平均(132.03±64.31)天,T_(2-3)平均(124.55±56.91)天,不同相邻两次治疗的间隔时间比较差异无统计学意义(F=1.066,P=0.386)。结论胶原蛋白填充泪沟的临床有效率高,不良反应小。胶原蛋白填充泪沟对毛细血管扩张的改善效果不佳,提示临床对于明显毛细血管扩张者应联合其他手段治疗。胶原蛋白的维持时间及注射间隔时间提倡为120天。

Objective The purpose of this article is to evaluate the effectiveness of collagen filler injection to lacrimal groove and analyze the frequancy and interval of regular injcetion.Methods This study evaluated the efficacy and safety of the first injection in 423 beauty seekers from March 2019 to August 2021.The satisfaction and maintenance time of 118 patients with regular injection as well as The frequency and average duration of injection in 118 patients with regular injection were analyzed.The ath injection was counted as T_(a),(e.g.,the 1st injection was T_(1),and the interval between the 1st and 2nd injections was T_(1-2))Results After the first injection of 423 patients,390 cases showed significant improvement,33 cases were effective,and the rate of significant improvement was 92.2%.The incidence of adverse reactions was 1%(4/423).The improvement of pigmentation,skin fine lines and lacrimal groove depression was more significant in 118 patients with regular injection,and the improvement of telangiectasia was invalid in 33%,which was significantly higher than other items(P<0.05).The median duration of the first injection was 120 days for 118 beauty seekers who received regular injections.The 118 patients with regular injection were injected 9 times at most,with an average of(2.97±1.47)times,32.99%with only 2 times,12.08%with 3 times,and 7.51%with 4 times.The interval between two injections was 284 days and 30 days,respectively.The interval between two adjacent injections was(126.73±60.12),T_(1-2)averaged(132.03±64.31)days,and T_(2-3)averaged(124.55±56.91)days.There was no statistically significant difference in the interval between two adjacent treatments(F=1.066,P=0.386).Conclutions The clinical effect of collagen filling lacrimal sulcus is good and the adverse events are rare.The effect of collagen filling lacrimal groove on telangiectasia is not significant,suggesting that patients with obvious telangiectasia should be combined with other protocols.The maintenance time and injection interval of collagen should be 120 days.
