结膜入路形成眶隔脂肪瓣在矫正眼袋合并泪沟患者中的应用

Application of formed orbital septum fat flap through the conjunctival approach in the correction of patients with pouch and lacrimal sulcus

目的探讨一种经下睑结膜切口形成眶隔脂肪瓣,同时矫正眼袋和泪沟的手术方案在临床实践中的应用。方法根据下睑眼袋合并泪沟的形成原因,采用经结膜入路式的手术方案,形成眶隔脂肪瓣,在矫正眼袋的同时,改善泪沟,充分利用自体组织,观察术后的眼周年轻化情况及并发症。结果60例患者的眼袋及泪沟问题均不同程度改善。结论结膜入路形成眶隔脂肪瓣同时矫正眼袋合并泪沟,其面部年轻化效果突出、患者满意度高、术后并发症少,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of a surgical scheme of formed orbital septum fat flap through lower eyelid conjunctival incision and simultaneously correcting pouch and lacrimal sulcus.Methods According to the cause of the formation of lower eyelid pouch combined with lacrimal sulcus,the transconjunctival approach was adopted to form orbital septum fat flap,improve the lacrimal sulcus while correcting the pouch,make full use of autologous tissue,and observe the postoperative periocular rejuvenation and complications.Results Pouch and lacrimal sulcus problems of 60 patients were improved in varying degrees.Conclusions The formation of orbital septum fat flap by conjunctival approach and the correction of pouch with lacrimal sulcus at the same time have prominent facial rejuvenation effect,high patient satisfaction and few postoperative complications,which are worth promoting in the clinical.
