应用微针毛发移植术进行阴毛再造

Reconstruction of pubic hair with micro-needle hair transplantation

目的应用毛发移植术进行阴毛再造的临床研究。方法在局部麻醉下应用FUE技术,提取含有1-4根的毛发移植单位,应用微针打孔,同时将分离好的毛发移植单位植入到设计好的阴毛分布区域。结果2018年9月-2021年9月,应用微针毛发移植术共完成18例年龄在42-60岁女性后天性阴毛缺失,每例患者所需的毛发单位移植物量在500--680根,平均根数在610根,14例患者术后12个月随访,通过对阴毛的成活率、密度、形态等问诊及观察并进行满意度调查问卷,有12例患者获得了较高的满意度,1例患者成活率较低,1例患者形态欠佳,4例失访。结论微针毛发移植术阴毛再造创伤小、出血少、种植痕迹不明显、效果显著、形态自然。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of hair follicular transplantation in pubic hair reconstruction with micro-needle.Methods Follicular unit grafts containing 1 to 4 hairs were extracted with the follicular unit extraction(FUE)technology under local anesthesia.The separated hair transplant units were transplant using micro-needles into the designed pubic hair distribution area.Results From September 2018 to September 2021,a total of 18 women aged 42 to 60 years with pubes hypotrichosis underwent pubic hair transplantation with micro-needle.The amounts of hair unit grafts required for each patient is 500 to 680,the average roots was 610.14patients were followed up for 12 months after the operation,Through consultation and observation on the survival rate,density and shape of pubic hair and questionnaire of satisfaction,12 patients obtained high satisfaction,1 patient with low survival rate,1 patient with poor shape.4 patient was lost to follow-up.Conclusion The operation of hair follicular transplantation in pubic hair reconstruction with micro-needle is less trauma and less bleeding.The implantation traces is not notable.The pubic hair after operation is nearly the same to natural.
