308nm准分子激光联合斑鸠菊消白丸治疗面部白癜风50例疗效观察

308nm excimer laser combined with banjiuju Xiaobai pill in the treatment of 50 cases of facial vitiligo

目的观察308nm准分子激光联合斑鸠菊消白丸治疗白癜风的疗效。方法选择2021年2月~2021年7月在我院皮肤科门诊治疗的面部白癜风患者100例,随机分成两组,分别为光疗联合药物组和光疗组,每组各50例。光疗联合药物组选用308nm准分子激光联合斑鸠菊消白丸治疗。光疗组选用308nm准分子激光治疗。两组于治疗前及治疗6个月后进行白斑面积测量,记录两组患者白斑面积变化情况,并对疗效、不良反应及复发情况进行对比。结果经治疗,两组患者疗效间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率之间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。经半年随访,光疗联合药物组患者复发率低于光疗组患者,两者差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论308nm准分子激光联合斑鸠菊消白丸治疗面部白癜风疗效好,复发率低,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of 308nm excimer laser combined with banjiuju Xiaobai pill in the treatment of vitiligo.Method 100 patients with facial vitiligo treated in the outpatient department of Dermatology of our hospital from February 2021 to July 2021 were randomly divided into two groups:the phototherapy combined drug group and the phototherapy group,with 50 cases in each group.The phototherapy combined with drugs group was treated with 308nm excimer laser combined with banjiuju Xiaobai pill.The phototherapy group was treated with 308nm excimer laser.The white spot area of the two groups was measured before treatment and 6 months after treatment,and the changes of the white spot area of the two groups were recorded,and the curative effect,adverse reactions and recurrence were compared.Result After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(p>0.05).After half a year follow-up,the recurrence rate of patients in the phototherapy combined drug group was lower than that in the phototherapy group,and the difference was significant(p<0.05).Conclusion 308nm excimer laser combined with banjiuju Xiaobai pill is effective in the treatment of facial vitiligo,with low recurrence rate and no obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
