酵母重组胶原蛋白凝胶应用于激光术后创面的修复 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨酵母重组胶原蛋白凝胶在激光术后创面修复中的应用效果。方法选择2018年6月~2021年6月我医院皮肤科收治的100例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,两组均接受CO点阵激光术,对照组外敷含透明质酸的敷料,观察组使用酵母重组胶原蛋白凝胶,对比两组结痂时间、痂皮脱落时间、愈合时间,治疗前和治疗1、3个月后的瘢痕修复情况及疼痛程度、不良反应发生率。结果(1)观察组结痂时间(1.8±0.1)d、痂皮脱落时间(4.1±0.5)d、创面愈合时间(6.3±1.0)d均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);(2)治疗前两组瘢痕情况无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗三个月后,观察组ECCA痤疮瘢痕权重评分(30.1±3.3)分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(3)治疗前两组疼痛情况无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗三个月后,观察组VAS得分(1.1±0.3)分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(4)观察组不良反应发生率12.0%,对照组不良反应发生率38.0%(P<0.05)。结论酵母重组胶原蛋白凝胶联合CO点阵激光术可有效改善痤疮凹陷性瘢痕修复水平,加快患者康复,安全可靠。 Objective To investigate the effect of yeast recombinant collagen gel in wound repair after laser surgery.Methods 100 patients with acne sunken scar treated in the dermatology department of our hospital from June 2018 to June 2021 were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.50 cases in each group.Both groups received COLattice laser.The control group was externally applied with dressing containing hyaluronic acid.The observation group used yeast recombinant collagen gel.The scab forming time,scab peeling time,healing time,scar repair before treatment and 1 or 3 months after treatment,the degree of pain and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The scab forming time(1.8±0.1)d,scab peeling time(4.1±0.5)D and wound healing time(6.3±1.0)d in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;After three months of treatment,the ECCA acne scar weight score(30.1±3.3)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);(3)There was no significant difference in pain between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05;After three months of treatment,the VAS score(1.1±0.3)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);(4)The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.0%in the observation group and 38.0%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yeast recombinant collagen gel combined with COdot matrix laser can effectively improve the repair level of acne sunken scar,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,and it is safe and reliable.
