新时代中国共产党培育“新人”的三维探析

A Three-Dimensional Analysis of Nurturing“a New Generation”by the Communist Party of China in the New Era

党的十九大提出培养“时代新人”命题,对“培育担当民族复兴大任的时代新人”进行育人目标的新阐发。新时代,中国共产党培育“新人”在育“新”特质上,指向“堪当大任”的育人目标,培育具有国际视野的爱国者、具有坚定理想的奋斗者、为人民谋幸福的开拓者和为民族谋复兴的奉献者;在育“新”理念上,坚持“立德树人”的根本任务,体现“人之为人”的社会属性以及“五育并举”的辩证统一;在育“新”机制上,从政府、家庭、学校和社会层面构建“三全育人”的工作体系。

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the proposition of nurturing“a new generation of the times”,and carried out a new elucidation of the education goal of“nurturing a new generation capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation”.In the new era,the Chinese Communist Party’s nurturing“a new generation”targets at the education goal of“shouldering important responsibilities”as for the essence of nurturing“a new generation”so as to nurture patriotists with global vision,strivers with firm ideals,pioneers seeking happiness for the people,and contributors seeking the national rejuvenation.As for the concept of nurturing“a new generation”,we should adhere to the fundamental education task of“fostering virtue”,embodying the social attributes of“people as human beings”and the dialectical unity of“balance of five forms of education”;In terms of mechanism of nurturing“a new generation”,we should build a work system of“mass education,whole-processed education and comprehensive education”from the aspects of the governments,families,schools and society.
