摘要
芥酸酰胺是典型的塑料薄膜爽滑剂,具有使用方便、效果明显、经济实用、绿色环保等特点。系统总结了芥酸酰胺的合成方法、分析表征、微观结构、扩散与迁移行为等,并结合相关标准介绍了其在聚合物表面改性等方面的研究进展。讨论了芥酸酰胺在薄膜生产中的应用及未来发展的前景。
Erucamide was a typical slip agent for plastic film,which had the characteristics of convenient use,effectiveness,economy and practicality,green environmental protection and so on.The synthetic methods,analytical and characterization,microstructure,and diffusion/migration behavior of erucamide were systematically summarized.The research progress of erucamide in polymer surface modification was introduced combined with relevant standards.The application of eruamide in film production and its future development prospect were discussed.
