氟碳侧链对含硅聚碳酸酯基聚氨酯酶降解稳定性的影响

Effects of Fluorocarbon Side Chains on Enzymatic Degradation Stability of Silicon-Containing Polycarbonate-Based Polyurethanes

摘要 合成了一种含有氟碳侧链的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)改性的聚碳酸酯基聚氨酯(PCU),并通过胆固醇酯酶(CE)水解实验对其稳定性进行了研究。差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、衰减全反射-傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、小角X射线散射仪(SAXS)等相结构表征结果表明,氟碳侧链的引入能够破坏硬段聚集结构,促进软段与硬段之间的相互作用。但是这种软段与硬段间过强的相互作用反而限制了PDMS向表面的迁移,酶降解24星期的样品中F10Si10PCU表现出最差的样品表面及力学性能。 A polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)-modified polycarbonate-based polyurethane(PCU)with fluorocarbon side chains was synthesized,and its hydrolysis stability was studied by cholesterol-esterase degradation experiment.The results of phase structure characterization by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),attenuated total reflection Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR),and small angle X-ray scatterometer(SAXS)show that the introduction of fluorocarbon side chains can disrupt the aggregated structure of hard segment(HS)and promote the interactions between the soft segment(SS)and the hard segment.However,the interactions are too strong for the migration of PDMS to the surface instead.Among the samples degraded by enzymes for 24 weeks,F10 Si10 PCU shows the worst surface and mechanical properties.
