乡村产业高质量发展既关系到后小康时代的脱贫政策向乡村振兴的转型,更是促进农业农村现代化发展的重要动力。当前乡村产业高质量发展仍面临发展设施、发展资金、发展科技、发展品牌及发展人才等因素的制约,在以国内大循环为主体,国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局下,乡村产业高质量发展应从改善基础设施、整合资金体系、强化科技支撑、加强品牌建设、培育产业人才等方面寻求突破。

The high-quality development of rural industry is not only related to the transformation from poverty alleviation policy to rural revitalization in the post-well-off era, but also an important driving force to promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. At present, the high-quality development of rural industry is still facing the constraints of the development facilities, funds, sciences and technologies, brands and talents. Under the new development pattern in which domestic economic cycle plays a leading role while international economic cycle remains its extension and supplement. The high-quality development of rural industry should seek breakthroughs in improving infrastructure and system on capital integration,strengthening scientific and technological support, brand construction and cultivating industrial talents.
